Who We Are

Namaste Hospice is a Medicare and Medicaid certified full-service Hospice provider. We are licensed in the state of Colorado, but since our founding thirteen years ago, our focus has been and remains to be that of serving the Denver metro area community. All our nurses and certified nursing assistants have received advanced certification, extensive training and are experts in hospice and end of life care. The word Namaste is a Sanskrit spiritual salutation that reflects and expresses mutual respect. When one greets someone using the word Namaste, they are essentially saying, “The divine in me bows to the divine in you”.

What We Do

Namaste provides care for people with a wide range of terminal illnesses. We provide high quality hospice care with a passion and focus on:

• Personalized custom care designed to meet the needs and wishes of each individual patient
• Providing comfort, retaining dignity and improving the quality of life for our patients
• Delivering the care on our patient’s own terms

 At Namaste through a variety of programs, we support, educate and advocate for people with potentially life limiting or terminal illness. We empower them to define what quality of life means to them and help them realize it during the time they have left.

How We do It

At Namaste we put the patient in the center of our ring of care, recognizing the patient is the expert on defining his or her terms, needs and wants. We then bring the right team with the expertise to fulfill the patient’s needs and wants on their own terms. We do so with a second-to-none care team made up of trained licensed professionals, that includes a Registered Nurse (RN), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), a Social Worker, a Chaplain, a Medical Director (Licensed Physician) and an army of individually screened and extensively trained volunteers.

Namaste was founded in Denver over twelve years ago, with the goal of providing compassionate care to people in the Denver Community facing life limiting illnesses. To ensure the highest quality care we:
