Manager of Finance
Responsible for organization, coordinating, managing and directing the
financial performance of the Namaste Hospice to include budget preparations,
financial and statistical reporting, cost reporting, accounts payable,
billing and accounts receivable management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field, CPA and Masters Degree preferred.
- Medicare and Medicaid billing experience required.
- Has at least three (3) to five (5) years experience in health care financial management preferably in hospice care operations.Information systems knowledge required.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Knowledge of corporate business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards.
- Demonstrates good communication/relationship skills.

Director of Clinical Services
Will be responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services. The Director of Clinical Services establishes implements and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy of Namaste.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered nurse in the State with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing. Master’s degree or CHPN preferred.
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a hospice or related health care organization required.
- Must have knowledge of hospice regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and COPs standards.

Hospice RN Monday - Friday (Denver Metro Area)
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements include a licensed RN. Experience in hospice, health care or a related field with strong organizational and people skills, and commitment to the Namaste hospice mission are essential. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required as we serve a 50 mile radius around the Denver Metro area. This is an excellent RN opportunity for those dedicated to providing the best end of life care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Has current, valid license to practice as a registered nurse in Colorado.
- Minimum of two (2) years hospice/health care experience preferred Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Licensed *RN with a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in hospice or home care.

Full TIme Social Worker
The social worker is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service or Employment Agreement.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements include a bachelor of Social Work degree, MSW preferred. Experience in hospice, health care or a related field with strong organizational and people skills, and commitment to the Namaste hospice mission are essential. Some weeknight on-call duty along with occasional weekend on call coverage is required. Reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required as we serve a 50 mile radius around the Denver Metro area. This is an excellent social work opportunity for those dedicated to providing the best end of life care.
- Minimum of one (1) year's experience in health care, hospice experience preferred.
- Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying.
- Experience in hospice or related health care setting preferred.
